Group Sessions

We offer a range of group support sessions for neurodivergent individuals of all ages (whether diagnosed or not), parents, siblings and wider family members.

Whether you are diagnosed, waiting for assessment or self-identifying, everyone is welcome.

We currently offer 3 groups;

MONDAY - Inclusive Spaces - Primary Age: This group is for neurodivergent children between 4 and 11 years.

THURSDAY - Inclusive Spaces - Secondary Age: This group is for neurodivergent children between 11 and 16 years.

FRIDAY - Inclusive Spaces - Home Ed/Not in school: This is a daytime group for any neurodivergent young person not comfortable with aligning themselves to the school age groups. Young people between the ages of 4 and 16 years are welcome at this session.

All our youth group sessions provide a neuro-affirming, neutral and compassionate space for young people to explore activities, make connections and feel supported.

Location:

Sessions are held at One Regent Place Wellbeing Centre, 1 Regent Place, Rugby, CV21 2PJ.

Does your young person find it hard to separate from you?

During every group session, our parent/carer room is also open for a calming, quiet space for parents to recharge whilst your young person is enjoying their group session. This can be helpful for young people who struggle to separate from their parent/carer or if you feel you need to be on hand to support them. They are free to go in and out to the parent room as they need to during their session time.
